I agree that Obama has been an inspiration for people, and it is what our country has needed for a long time. Mostly we have needed someone we trust, and Obama seems to be that guy. However, I wonder where idealism meets reality and the American people realize that it is themselves who have placed commercialism and materialism above family and community, not our government. Perhaps we all need to take a break from Twitter, Facebook, iPods, cars, the "new season", and fame to see what's truely important in our lives and devote more time to those things.
